The R.E.S.T. Mixtape introduces enby epistemology and the R.E.S.T. framework—Radical Truth-Telling, Ethical Non-Duality, Cosmotheandric Spirituality, and Ethnographic Tradition—as tools for navigating spirituality in a post-Christian world. Through music, film, and ancestral wisdom, this course provides a fresh lens for exploring identity, connection, and transformation, setting a foundation for the series.
