R.E.S.T. Mixtape Focus Group

You are invited to participate in a dynamic five-week focus group designed to refine the R.E.S.T. Mixtape Framework—a groundbreaking and inclusive methodology crafted for a post-Christian, multi-faith, and non-faith world. This innovative framework weaves together Radical Truth-Telling, Non-Dual Ethics, Cosmotheandric Spirituality, and Ethnographic Tradition to foster transformative belonging, humanity, and spiritual growth.

We are seeking a diverse group of 10–12 participants to help shape this work for younger audiences, such as high school and college students, as well as for individuals yearning for connection and belonging in today’s fragmented world. Your insights will be instrumental in refining the language, content, and tools needed to make this framework a catalyst for transformation.

The R.E.S.T. Framework draws from Black spirituality rooted in the hush harbor, mixtape methodology, and Monica Coleman’s integration of process and womanist theology. It is grounded in four transformative principles:
